Activating easyPDF SDK via Internet

I have purchased easyPDF SDK and got a License Number. How do I activate my copy?

Run the "Activate easyPDF SDK" program (in Start > Programs > BCL easyPDF SDK 6 > Product Activation). Then select "Internet Activate", enter your License Number, and click "Activate" button (make sure you have an active internet connection).

I have a License Number but I cannot activate using "Internet Activate". What should I do?

Follow these following steps:

  1. Run the License Manager (in Start > Programs > BCL easyPDF SDK 6 > Product Activation). Then click on "Import Certificate" (yellow, open pad-lock).
     
  2. Write down the Installation ID
  3. Send us your Installation ID and license key via email to support@bcltechnologies.com and we will issue you an Activation Certificate.
     
  4. Go back to the License Manager program, enter the Activation Certificate in the provided text field, and click on "Import Certificate" to activate your copy.



Moving Your License to a Different Computer

  1. On the licensed computer, run the "License Manager" program (in Start > Programs > BCL easyPDF SDK 6 > Product Activation). Then click on the "Internet De-Activate" option, and click on the "De-Activate" button.
     
  2. On the new computer (make sure easyPDF SDK is also installed there), run the "Activate easyPDF SDK" program (in Start > Programs > BCL easyPDF SDK 6 > Product Activation). Then select "Internet Activate", enter your License Number, and click "Activate" button.


Deactivating Your License

How do I Internet De-activate easyPDF SDK from a computer and store the license for future use?

  1. On the licensed computer, run the "License Manager " program (in Start > Programs > BCL easyPDF SDK 6 > Product Activation).
  2. Then click on the "Internet De-Activate" option, and click on the "De-Activate" button (make sure you have an active internet connection). Your license will be automatically returned to the activation server which you can use to re-activate easyPDF SDK in the future (on the same or a different machine). See Activating Your License.

I tried to Internet De-Activate my license but for some reason it didn't work. What should I do?

  1. On the licensed computer, run the "License Manager " program (in Start > Programs > BCL easyPDF SDK 6 > Product Activation).
  2. Then select on the "Export Certificate" option and click on the "Export Certificate" button and immediately note the Deactivation certificate number and click on the Deactivation Page link (be aware that if you have reached the maximum number of activations, you will not be able to re-activate easyPDF SDK until you complete step 3 below).
  3. You should now see the Deactivation Page on your internet browser. Copy the Deactivation certificate into the De-Activation Certificate text box to return your license to the license pool.

  4. If you cannot access the Deactivation Page, you could also Email us or your BCL account manager the INSTALLATION ID and DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATE.  We'll credit your license pool so you'll be able to re-activate your copy of easyPDF SDK.
