For documents that only contains common font
types
If your PDF is only intended for online viewing on computer monitor, you can:

For documents that only contains common font types (i.e. Fonts
that most computers have, such as Times Roman , Arial, Courier),
you can safely disable the font-embedding option by selecting
"Don't embed" under the "TrueType Font Embedding"
(see screen shot below). This will further reduce the PDF file
size. But be aware that the PDF may not display or print properly
in computers that do not have the required fonts.
For most cases, we recommend you to use the default option, which
is "Embed (subset)". It means that easyPDF Printer
Driver embeds the Fonts into the PDF output, but only for the
characters used in the document. This option produces a reasonably
sized PDF which can be displayed and printed correctly from any
computer. As an example, you can download this Japanese PDF and open it in your
computer. Even though your computer doesn't have any Japanese
fonts, it can still display and print the PDF correctly because the
required Japanese fonts had been embedded in the PDF itself.
