Unable to open input / output file

  1. Verify the input file exists and the path is correct. Try opening the input file using the appropriate application and confirm no messages popped up (read-only, macros, etc.).
  2. Check if the output file already exists and is somehow locked (possibly opened in Adobe Reader). Try deleting the output file before calling the conversion.
  3. BCL easyPDF may not have a permission to write to the folder specified in the Server.MapPath(). Make sure you have the proper permissions to write to that directory (check IIS setting, folder setting, etc.).
