Why do I need to re enter the easyPDFuser password to start the loader service each time the server reboots?

We recommend for the easyPDFuser to be a local user and admin. This scenario is usually the result of a easyPDFuser created as a domain user.

A work around would be to add the service account to the “LogOnAsService” group.

Start > Run > secpol.msc > local policies > User rights assigntment > log on as a service.

See if your domain user is in this group.
