During installation, ALLPDF Converter places a new button in Microsoft Word 2000 or later versions.
Click on the button to save the active Word document as a PDF file.
Once you do that, the following dialog box will show up:
Select the "Preserve Hyperlinks" option to convert all the hyperlinks in your Word document into PDF hyperlinks.
Creating PDF Bookmarks
You can automatically create PDF bookmarks by clicking on the "Add bookmarks based on Word Styles" option. The dialogue box will extend to allow you to modifiy more options for the bookmarks.
Show Unused Styles
Select this option to show all styles in the Word Styles selection box.
Word Styles Selection Box
Shows all of the styles used in the document.
Select a style in the Word Styles Selection Box and choose its bookmark depth here. Press the left or right arrow icons to increase or decrease the depth.
By default, easyPDF Printer searches for heading 1 - 9 and translates them into bookmarks, so that the end result will look like a table of contents:
In Acrobat, the bookmarks generated by ALLPDF Converter will appear in the PDF document in the left column. If the bookmark window is not visible right away, press F5 or click Window > Bookmarks.
