My Hyperlinks are not converted
PDF Online free service does not support hyperlinks. To properly convert hyperlinks that are in Word documents, try BCL easyPDF Printer.
BCL easyPDF Printer installs a button in MS Word which allow you to use the hyperlink and bookmarking features.
The
PDF that I received could not be opened because it contained
no pages
The reason the PDF page contains no pages is because the margin
is outside of the pritable area.
To see what's going on, first open your document in MS Word. The go to File > Print
and print to a regular printer. You'll see that MS Word pop-ups a warning "the
margin is outside of printable area". PDF Online can't convert your document
properly because of this warning dialog box pops up.
To fix this, go to File > Page Setup and increase the margins. Double check
by trying to print it to a regular printer again, make sure Word doesn't pop-up
the warning message. Save the document and then resubmit it to PDF Online.
A better solutions is to use easyPDF Printer to convert it to PDF in your
own PC.
Most of the problem our users encounter are email-related
problems, so:
- Make sure that your email inbox isn’t full
- Make sure that you can receive PDF attachments (ask your
network administrator)
- If you only accept email from senders in your white-list,
make sure that you add "pdfonline@bcltechnologies.com" to
your white-list.
